Michigan Medicine offers convenient access to your medical care through the patient portal at MyUofMHealth. If you are currently receiving treatment at Michigan Medicine, you have the option to request a patient portal account during a clinic visit or by visiting MyUofMHealth.org.

With your MyUofMHealth patient portal account, you can enjoy various features and functions that enhance your healthcare experience. Some of these include:

• eCheck-In: Save time by verifying your information prior to your visit
• Fast Pass: Receive notifications if earlier appointments become available
• Communication with your care team: Easily connect with your healthcare providers
• Appointment requests: Schedule appointments for yourself and your children
• Appointment viewing and reminders: Keep track of your upcoming appointments and receive reminders
• Pre-visit questionnaires: Fill out necessary forms before your visit
• Test/lab results: Access and review your test and lab results
• Medication refills: Request refills for eligible medications
• Billing statements and payment: View and pay your billing statements online
• E-Visits: Submit a questionnaire about your symptoms for a range of conditions and receive prompt feedback from a Michigan Medicine provider through the MyUofMHealth portal
• Health tracking and app integration: Monitor your health and connect with other health apps, such as step counters and weight trackers. You can also upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, if you are enrolled in self-tracking programs.
